The Site functions as an informational and lead-generation resource. Formal engagement for any professional services is governed by a separate, written services agreement entered into between VirsAI Solutions and the client organisation. These Terms do not constitute or replace any such professional services agreement.

However, absent a separate, executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between you and VirsAI Solutions, we do not accept any confidentiality obligations with respect to unsolicited submissions through the Site's contact form.
